Maybe its time to say goodbye to berlinglazer. If this continues we gotta let bro go.
I really like how it’s written but to me it sounds a bit harsh and guttural compared to some other languages
german would have been screwed either way then (if we only say newer songs)
older german songs sound so pretty (i might be biased since i grew up listening to them)

i doubt this will make a diffrence
Conveniently, those were all romantic languages. Definitely highly subjective on what languages sound nice to you. I will throw in that Bengali is said to be one of the sweetest sounding languages - something to look into if you want to hear new languages.
I have to disagree, Mandarin is up there (I might just be saying this because half my course are chinese so speaking it would be very helpful)
W course, but I pray for your mental the purer the maths gets. I have a feeling I could guess which uni you go to since I had a friend who went to a uni with a very high number of Chinese international students.
Depends on the accent. My mom doesn't like mainland Chinese accents( don't ask me which part exactly ,just the ones you see on dramas or what people expect when they here someone say he's from mainland ). The point is mandarin can sound ugly and pretty at the same time lol
my top picks are (not in order):
italian
french (tho less as a french speaker and quebecois french sucks ass)
mandarin
japanese
one of the nordic languages could be up there
I saw people saying that Portuguese sounds like the Valyrian language from Game Of Thrones for those who dont speak Portuguese, but idk if its true
Japanese
Hokkien ( ik I'm lying, it's not that pretty but I want people to listen haha )
The annoying part is the bumpy bits, like the small spike things
Watch some Russian TV shows, read Russian literature, immerse oneself in Russian
For example, watch "где логика?" или 'смешарики/пин-код'(cartoon) или Маша и Медведь (cartoon) и читай стихи Пушкина и Крылов
This is only done if you've mastered the basics of the language, and need to learn more vocabulary and speaking ability and stuff.
Also practice Russian with people
By lettering, sounding, or something else?
By lettering, I like Japanese and Arabic.
Sounding, Spanish, Portuguese, French
I mean swedish and norwegian is quite cool. Although I also love japanese and turkish basic of music(j-rock and turkish party boat music) and dutch is very noice
ahhh hell na my parents are begali it sounds like a slow burner to me
btw : not bangladeshi they are bengali the 2 things are different
Bangladeshi is the nationality. Bengali is the language and the ethnic group from the region of Bengal which includes Bengal in India and Bangladesh - just so anyone who might not know the difference can understand.
Bengali is a language that is right but Indian Bengalis which I am are also called Bengali . Bengalis who live in Bangladesh are called Bangladeshi . You can verify this with any indian on this site or atleast thats how we Bengalis like to view ourselves .
We like to distance ourselves from Bangladesh and its not religious reasons its very political which I dont wanna get into .
Lettering wise eastern languages are much better and not even close but except arabic, sanskrit and old chinese I can't find any nice sounding eastern lingos
I think spanish and italian are top tier in a romantic manner. But I also love the intensity of german, arabic and japanese.
German is the worst, it sounds like someone is drowning and asking you for help. Spanish is the best because it sounds like rapping, and Italian is also good.
i know german is bad but saying it sounds like drowning
komm schon, so schlimm ist Deutsch jetzt nicht
do non portuguese speaking folks notice diferentes between brazillian portuguese and portugal portuguese?
like british and american english but even more different
mainly accent but theres a lot of different word meanings
plenty of different words and false cognates, but the main difference is the accent
I know its not saying much but its like the US and england have pretty different accents. And even in Brazil itself we have pretty different accents too
