PAL spoke on the forthcoming coaching dynamic between him and Scuttt, describing that of a co-coaching relationship.

"It was our goal from the start to build a support team for the players where we can all do what we specialise in without worry of leaving gaps," he said. "Each letting the others just focus on doing what they do best."
