Based on this, looks like the orgs own the slot, so if pcfic wants to sign the agreement and pick a new roster, riot may allow that
If they don't wanna do so, will they do something similar to the boom situation (but two teams have 3/4th place) or keep a 11 team league or invite teams to apply like they did after kicking out koi?

okay but the players were retained in that case. here BBL just robbed so many opportunities for a team that worked so hard throughout this year to try to ascend, gets rid of the idea of ascension if ur just going to promote your "academy" team and like sell the org to make a roster from scratch. the whole idea of ascension is to give t2 teams a chance to get into t1 but now you just giving these spots to orgs to make rosters from scratch
