It's definitely not a wise move and I also don't really know the proficiency of their players' english but if they have even a basic level of english it's a lot more realistic than expecting Aspas to be able to pick up Japanese.
I honestly think its a dumb move for any APAC team to pick him, expect GE i guess.
realistically it would have to be an SEA team so the possibilities are GE, RRQ, TLN (they speak thai now so i doubt it), PRX, TS and if a new t2 team ascends and they're english speaking that too ig

the meta won't stay in double duelist territory forever considering how often this game changes, and meiy + aspas would be dead in the water if that happened
not necessarily, you can run two duelists without one being yoru. He’s not a must in comps anymore, especially now that Waylay’s getting strong
counterpoint: NRG won champs (the biggest trophy of them all) without playing double duelist AND only playing yoru on one map, showing that you don’t need to play yoru to win a trophy

guessing the NA team is easy. its not c9 (they have oxy) and its not eg (signing good players isnt really their thing), so that only leaves 100t. no idea about the apac team though.

Yeah Americas org is surely 100T. There are only 6 NA orgs and 3 of them were at Champs. So it's between 100T, EG and C9.
EG is broke, C9 have Oxy, only 100T aren't broke and also don't have a duelist, since they dropped their entire roster.
For pacific I am thing most likely a rich org like T1 or RRQ because his buyout is big to send him offer first
