https://www.calculator.net/calorie-calculator.html check how many calories you need to lose fat and calculate everything you eat. There are some easy tools to do it. Don't eliminate any macro igredient completely like some diets would tell you to. And of course the more you move the more you can eat. It's a long process but it's the healthy way.
