holy fraud
icl i thought riot paid this guy some hush money, but he's just a lying fraud that retreated after being exposed
sean gares teased the community that he has evidence of serious matchfixing in tier 2, which got the community riled up. When he actually made the video, it was just some bad "tier 2 level" plays and some discord dms, basically a nothingburger
some of these moments were so bad too like he showed clips of people running knife out?? people just doing dry peeks as proof of matchfixing😭😭
you're so right bro they're lying about there not being matchfixing it's not like it's LITERALLY ILLEGAL
when they get destroyed legally for it yeah what kind of braindead take is this
??? Idk about them but you clearly do to reply to something 3 days old without a real counterpoint
the thread still was on the left but i do care when they openly get praised even though they have numerous law suits around gender discrimination & harrassment and defemation. These lawsuits post 2017 is just kinda crazy, definitely just their influence protecting them alongside with their PR campaigns.
man wanted a real counter point and just no replies, all good tho. They blew past breaking federall and state law(California Gender Nondiscrimination Act (2012).But all good!
brother you brought up a completely different staff mistreatment issue to argue they're covering up matchfixing while regulatory bodies are involved
like
what do you want me to reply to
im not a riot bootlicker
I just want people to be realistic about the fact the matchfixing probably didn't happen
This has nothing to do with riot being own by tencent. It’s just that the investigation found nothing. Either nothing to find or the evidence was covered up.
Just because they investigated and didn’t find anything doesn’t mean nothing was there to find. The dms shown are highly fishy but do not implicate anyone specifically.
I didn’t say they are lying, just that they found nothing. Either no match fixing to be found or they didn’t investigate deep enough to discover evidence. I personally think it is the latter, but there are limits to what a game company can do investigation on. I can’t really blame riot.
Riot has bad ideas which they thoroughly implement, its not that they dont do the job well when there is one.
NA always matchfixing. Nothing new. All the NA top players are ex-matchfixers from CS btw
talking like bra71l isnt the region with the most match fixing cases in cs 😹
nah we only have woman-beaters and sex offenders in our scene. Matchfixers and online degenerates is NA's thing.
It literally says in the first para that third party companies were involved in the investigation. Yea they're a dickhead company many times but there's very little reason for them to defend this kinda stuff. They get zero profit and the fallout could kill their biggest cash cow
Lol, t2 doesnt make any money bro, even t1 val isnt that crazy, riot is rich cuz of league
i think you're just arguing for the sake of arguing, stating that T2 doesn't make any money and T1 not making enough money is so fucking dumb you already lost the argument
Huh? T2 doesnt make much money and the main source of money for riot is league, valorant also gives quite a lot of money ofc
Why the change up? Are you bipolar or something? You clearly stated that T2 doesn't make any money, and T1 isn't making enough money.
I said t2 doesnt make any money, sure that isnt true, i then just said t1 doesnt make that much compared to league
Even league esports doesn't generate much money for riot as their games do through skins and shit. The games are cash cow of riot not esports.
esports in NOT profitable bro... the only esport that actually generates profit is league, and that too it only started breaking even in 2020 or so
riot keeps the scene alive because it keeps people playing the game, and it is more respectable for a competitive game to have a franchised leagues with 48 world wide orgs, not bc it makes them any amount of actual money
Game is their biggest cash cow lol. Even if the league esports dies tomorrow riot will still be earning a lot of revenue from their game alone. Especially lol is too big as a game.
Do I believe it’s “rotten to the core” like Sean said? No, but Sean never seemed like a dude to blatantly pull a stunt like this. I do think there is some shit going on BTS but not to his extreme
You know what I think, Sean was probably fed fake information/rumors and probably just stuck with it, hoping it was true and ran to CS2 for safe space
he ran to cs2 cuz they took his watchparty perms and booted him from the scene for literally making shit up
I wouldn’t be surprised if he was blacklisted from everything valorant by riot
BIGGEST BAITER TO EXIST IN VALORANT
is it true he got his Watchparty rights Revoked?
Okay so yall didnt even realize most evidences was deleted cause of another guy making it known making the people BEING ACCUSED time to go delete messages AND make it so there isnt enough evidence to do anything, Sean more so got fucked by the other dude exposing before Sean wanted to with enough evidence to make sure the people actually get caught
bro riot was already investigating before either idiot talked about it tf dym they deleted the evidence"s"
both were investigated the guy dont remember his name could have fucked the chances for both of them cause Sean came into the stream trying to stop him now why would he do that if he also wasnt investigating the streamer was the one that fucked everyone now sean he just had to move faster now that he knew they know
brother you don't even remember the name of "the streamer" why you keep yapping while being clueless
you know hes a fraud when all of a sudden he doesnt watchparty vct anymore to instead watch a t2 cs tournament called "fissure playground". holy falloff
he doesnt have perms rn to watch which means u arent allow to stream the games...
and he just ran back to CS2 lmaoooo guy ruined his entire reputation in Valorant bc his team got their shit stomped in by a random T2 FA team
I also don't trust Riot, IF the matchfixing was real, they probably would say it's not real until someone else can prove it. I think this whole situation was exaggerated, but I also don't trust Riot Games to be conducting any kind of investigations.
