i think zekken has some of the best utility and adaptability in the game, he knows how to play with his team and has shown mastery at so many agents such as sova, raze, jett, and kayo

his movement and raw aim are also super good

i don't know if he's the best of all time but he is in my books :D

Even if Valorant is young, there is still enough data and clips to help come up with an answer.
TenZ at Reykjavík 2021 clapping absolute cheeks, clips of prime yay decimating everyone in 2022, rookies like Demon1 joining tier 1 and making upsets and winning champions 2023, Jinggg/f0rsakeN destroying people in aim duels through raw talent alone, those are just some of the moments that make you think that they may potentially be the GOAT.
Of course, the term GOAT is incredibly contentious and subjective but in the little amount of time Valorant has had, there have been standouts.

But if I must then, by regions:

America: yay (God of chamber, most impactful player in international lan) (though his stocks are depleting at rapid rate)

EMEA: Chronicle (most decorated and best flex, consistent player)

APAC: jinggg (most efficient, impactful Duelist and obviously the raze player we've ever seen) o7

China: kangkang (Best op player I've seen, and impactful frags)
