not that many black people that are high rank and if they are they could careless to go pro, every black person in immortal tells me i worry about the game and try to hard and im black myself

also everytime i say gga in vc in a game and get reported they ban me.... so i dont think riot likes that word either and most people AROUND ME say it

so unless its a white washed black person they arent going pro ( IN NA )

• Console gaming being more popular with African Americans than pc gaming
• Large portion of black families in America sadly living paycheck to paycheck / under financial burden such that gaming isn’t seen as a viable option / not being able to afford proper equipment / not having time to practice and refine skills
• African valorant scene and gaming scene in general is very small and underinvested

I don’t know enough about other countries/regions to speak on them

Essentially it’s just similar problems as gc where there just aren’t as many players of African descent playing valorant in general compared to total playerbase
