I dont understand why people say no, have you seen her aim and gameplay? Its incredible, she does great against tier3 teams, we saw with players like yay and Demon1 that performing poorly in tier2/3 doesnt mean the player is bad. Demon1 was on a team on about the same level as Flor and put up similar numbers(worse numbers actually) then he went to VCT and was incredible
I think she is very indiscipline and makes bad plays but she is very good mechanically

Yeah but she doesnt get farmed, she consistently puts up good numbers while her team loses, and all those issues can easily be fixed with a good coach which she has never had

yes, most probably but we won't know until she runs through the t2 gauntlet. There is such a huge difference between GC and even tier 2 that i don't think she would get a T1 opportunity right away.
t2 she'd be a solid Jett and continue to be able to develop, not t1 ready yet :)
if you look at her matches in the tournaments with t2 players, she always does solid. maybe not the best, but she definitely has talent and is young with room to improve

She’s easily upper t2 level, probably atleast low to mid t1. Just has a bad team. Can’t carry like that in vct, just look at yay and something when they were in t2.
A lot of people saying no in here like she's ever played in T1. Let's be real, a good player on a bad team probably looks worse because the results of the team aren't good. Like let's be fr, put aspas in V1 instead of Flor, and the team is still probably going to struggle against T2 teams. She is atleast t2 level, upper t2 even, but her team just isn’t that good and it’s because she’s a woman there’s a lot of difficulty getting on a team. She deserves it tho.
Riot needs to work on GC if people are still hesitant about upcoming talent in that scene
