FPX is like the antithesis of DRX. FPX perform terribly in groups and early playoffs but eventually gets better. DRX plays godlike in groups and early playoffs and then falls flat in later stage. My money on FPX tbh
I mean drx just overcome their biggest mental block this whole year, so we are in unknown territory now

It's not as bad as last masters, where FPX played with a sub, and all 3 maps were played
this time ascent was played, and breeze was a stomp
so even if FPX manages to flip ascent, it's highly doubtful they could flip breeze as well
50-50 game, I think DRX got this, also ascent has been pretty good for DRX we beat fnatic furia and FPX
not to mention, DRX changed comp mid tourney to avoid getting anti stratted and it flopped horribly

I believe that both teams at this stage know fairly well of each other. Ardiis also mentioned how he likes to sometimes play "unexpected" agents to throw away their opponent's days of preparation. So solely based on this info and that FPX and DRX met frequently, I came to a conclusion that FPX might show a slightly different comp for the maps. Nonetheless, DRX finally broke their curse so it's our first time seeing them perform this late into the tournament so I hope everyone is excited on this unseen ground. FPX consistent game is for sure a 100% factor. But DRX on breaking the 5th/6th placement curse. 60/40 FPX. But i still im going to skip this game on the bet we are on the unknown territory now specially DRX.
if fpx ban breeze then veto doesnt even matter, most 50/50 game of the event (excluding drx losing all composure)

When DRX beat them 2-0 the first time, FPX players said DRX got “lucky” and was unfair because DRX had “more prep time”. DRX really had to beat them twice to shut them up 💀
While I agree ange1 underperformed this game, sayinng he should be removed is disrespectful to the whole team. They (and the org) chose to keep him because he provides so much value than just kills. He is a great igl that is forward thinking and always innovating the game. I thought FPX had a great year and there is always room for improvement. Besides if there are people who have the right to take banter personally its really the pros
But you MUST provide kills aswell, you can be greatest IGL ever but it doesn't change the fact that they start every round 4v5, its not an excuse hes IGL, he MUST frag
yes I agree that he must be held to those standards since he is a pro. I feel tho there is an obvious trend where the igl bottom frags. I think he gets kills but i agree that he often leaves the team in a 4v5 scenario. Maybe im delusional in approaching this game through old lens where i should be saying that the better team will be the one with their support line stepping up. If so, my bad but I thought Ange1 did some great work leading the team.
