The core of Acend first formed with Kiles in January 2021. Their meteoric rise to the top came just two months later with the first ever European VCT trophy in Masters 1.

Acend struggled to replicate their form in Masters 2 with losses in EU Challengers preventing them from reaching the first international event of the year. After swapping koldamenta for zeek, they reached the quarterfinals of Masters 3: Berlin. The peak of Acend's performance with Kiles came at Champions 2021 where they took home the biggest trophy of the year.

Acend came into 2022 with high hopes, but a disappointing group stage performance at EMEA Challengers saw them fail to qualify for the playoffs. That disappointment has already led to them benching BONECOLD.
