The move sees Indigo reunite with Autumn , whom he worked with at T1. The pair's relationship extends far past Valorant. Autumn was the former head coach of Korean PUBG team OGN Entus Ace, the team that Indigo played for from 2018-2020. Autumn coached the team from 2018 to 2019, and departed shortly after for Valorant, while Indigo continued in PUBG until 2022.

After winning Champions Seoul in 2024, expectations for EDG were high in the 2025 season. The season started out with a win at China Kickoff, which was par for the course for the Chinese giants, and was followed by a third-place finish at Masters Bangkok. Early struggles in Stage 1 prompted roster changes for the squad, which only got the team as far as a fourth-place finish at the end of the playoffs. The finish shut EDG out of the second Masters Event of the year. EDG went 3-2 in the group stage of Stage 2, but again fell short of the expectations set by its trophy-laden past in regional play, finishing third. The team qualified for Champions Paris as the region's third seed through Championship points, but was eliminated in the group stage.

Since the end of the season, EDG's roster moves have been largely off-stage. Head coach Muggle , analyst JuiceFlip , and manager Aqua departed, replaced by Autumn, Indigo, and 24K as coaches, while former manager Hibari returned. I will give credit to autumn for coming up with a gimmicky playstyle that hard countered tejo, but the results after speak for themselves

T1 had probably one of the best KR rosters they could possibly build heading into 2025 and they barely scraped a win in bangkok with some insane heroics individually, which autumn can take ZERO credit for

They proceeded to do shit in stage 1 after their gimmicky anti-tejo playstyle got easily figured out
Their stage 2 was also well below expectations and better mostly in part to DH being an absolutely insane pickup who basically solo won them some games

They underperformed at champs for a roster with the potential to win it. Autumn's previous years with worse rosters were extremely lackluster as well. This guy is a generational fraud coach who's background in battle royale does not translate at all to valorant.
