i can understand the traveling things but why was this not forced back then? less was 17 when he went to LANs
why is the vct age req 18? I feel like it just kills off young talent so much and especially just makes people who win ascension less rewarding (bleed). And its not like other games have this high of an age req either most games are pretty low compared to val's.

mental of the coach impacts the player, if you look at chet 🐍 or kaplan they always look either tired and stressed and now their teams aren't doing good. But if you look at enghh and potter they never seem to be tired, sure they are stressed some of the time but not all the time and their teams doing pretty decent.
liquidpedia doesn't have all of the points recorded I did that myself but it does have the info about the points but I already knew that before
basically champ points are what you use to get into champs if you do not qualify within the top 3 of stage 2 of each league. If a team had the most amount of champ points the spot will be given to whoever has the next most amount of points. Each win in both stages give 1 champ point and winning a gf will give you 3 in any tourney (masters and kickoff do not give points for every win only GF).

since people are still on this topic (with reasonable scorelines)
g2 0-2 loud (13-8, 13-7 = -11 round diff makes them 23 on the score)
nrg 0-2 100t (13-10, 13-5 = -11 round diff makes them 8 on the score)
sen 2-0 furia (13-4, 13-7 = 15 round diff makes them 24 on the score)
So sen would need to get a maximum of only 11 rounds dropped and would need g2 to get a maximum of 15 rounds against loud (including nrg but those guys are hella behind on the round diff)

right now pretty sure they get 1 champ point every time they win a match and then 3 per grand final win for both stage 1 and 2 and then the teams that have the highest amount of champ points that don't get top 3 in stage 2 get into champs
no you qualify from stage 2 only one team qualifies through champ points from each region
