It could be just a bad childhood and they could be not a bad person at all and actually kind but they would still have some borderline issues like low self esteem insecurities anxiety and etc and these things even though dont hurt anyone but still make it way harder to work with the person overall so managers would prefer someone else

I feel like in 2026 everyone wants results before the re-evaluation of each team for Franchising.
