the books are very hit or miss, some ppl like them some don't at all. I just checked them out cause ppl spoke highly of brandon sanderson (he finished the series), haven't gotten through it all yet

Only neg opinion is it's too long

Have you read sanderson’s own works? I’m assuming you have but if u haven’t check out storm light archive which imo is his best series. If you like that mistborn might be worth a read too

no, not even close. arguably one of the best fantasy series oat. the show wasnt too bad icl tho, it just isn’t particularly similar to the books so theres not a huge amount of spoilers.

I recently read After Dark by Murakami and i'm now reading Norwegian Wood also by Murakami and I can recommend both. After Dark is really light and you can read it in a single night if you get really into it and have a few hours to spare, it goes by really quickly. Norwegian Wood is longer but great nevertheless

ASOIAF is amazing. The books are so much better than the show, I HIGHLY recommend reading them OP. Just keep in mind that there's a 99% chance that never get the ending it deserves.

Euron was the worst by far
Went from one of the scariest and most intriguing villains in the books to comedic relief in the show

I read Dune it was enjoyable but idk if I rushed it or what but people were a LOT crazier for dune (movie) than I imagined.

Brandon Sanderson’s Mistborn books

I’ve only read the first trilogy of the series (it’s split into two different eras) but it’s by far my favorite fantasy trilogy in literature.

Have you read storm light archive? I personally find it better than mistborn 1 (haven’t read mistborn 2 either)

I absolutely love Stormlight archive. Reading that led me to pickup up mistborn as I wanted to know more about Sanderson’s cosmere.

The winner by David Baldacci
Deception point by David Baldacci
A gambling man by David Baldacci

I just really like the guy's writing style, he's goated when it comes to writing thrillers.
