I mean you kinda can when the same winner then fails to make the next event and if prx win they failed to even come close to making the first even. I'd take a region with 2 teams who were consistent and made both events, especially the one that got top 2 and 4 at both, respectively.

I really like nats but TL & PRX match really isn’t as close as people made it out to be.
1st map 12-8 comeback from TL, okay fair enough.
2nd map TL got smoked.
3rd map TL technically got smoked 12-3, but of course it did ended 14-12 (respect to TL resilience)
Banger and intense match, and on paper seems close, but it really isn’t that close objectively imo? TL needs a better core

PRX/Gen G/ DrX/ T1 / RRQ/ BOOM is funny

But l think RRQ will have it just because of Stage 1....unlucky events

DRX and T1 will make the region have their best lineup ever( they need just to fix the issues)

This post is silly, but whatever.

NA (not even counting the rest of Americas) is 18-11 vs EMEA since Lock in, and the majority of those wins against NA come just one EMEA team, FNC.

Americas on average placed better than EMEA as a region last year, and so far this year has had equal placements on average compare with EMEA.

China has now had a team place in the top 3 of the last 3 international events (2 of those events was EDG, but this wolves run is super promising + XLG probably would have been way better if not for the YOU situation), they are just as good as EMEA now. EMEA consistently for the past 3 years only has one team that does well in internationals. Saying a region is better because of one team is ridiculous.

Yeah, so far AMER has been a 1.5 team region (SEN had an ok showing at Toronto and has qualified to every international this year so far).

I prefer it honestly. Liquid has been through immensely stressful schedule the entire year. Now they get some recharge time and time to finally work on their maps more. They never had this since they made every event all year with no breaks in between

For me, switch CN and EMEA. You're reason for EMEA being number 2 is not enough to convince me. If anything, you're telling us that the entirety of EMEA relies on the dominance of FNC to be ranked higher. TL almost beating PRX but ended up losing is also not a valid point IMO and you can't just ignore TH swiss performance when you point out mibr performance. CN showed some promise with Wolves placing 3rd, I'm assuming EDG fixed their internal roster situation.
