Every single player is world class, not a single one who I can point and say he is maybe inferior to others, team has already started to gel together a bit, john and oxy duoing ranked, brawk and keiko were already teammates for a year and cane will have zellsis as the "cool guy" to help him get used to the environment quicker. I'm excited for next season

Idk much about karrigan, but FNS' aim getting worse after transitoning from val to cs is pretty understandable since val requires way more effort into igling because of all the util as compared to cs so a val igl will have to spend way more time into refining their calling and strats both while playing and while practicing

Both are fine, traditionally the players are usually called blaugrana and the fans are called culers but you can use them interchangeably as well
