2. Not true. If we consider only 23 and 24, Aspas has a higher rating/acs than Chron in 3 out of the 5 tournaments they played against each other.
3. Its true that its harder for him to perform but no he doesnt outperform Aspas internationally as i already proved in point 2
4. True. Meanwhile Aspas is the only player ever to make 3 internationals in 3 different rosters (was the best player in 2 of them) and also the only one to be in the Champs top 3 every year since 2022, also with 3 different rosters and 2 different languages.
5. Not true. He was top 5 in Champs 24.
6. Not true. Chron was not "at the top" in 2022, as you said he didn attend any internationals (regardless of the reason), so its a tie.

Overall i do think its a really good debate and its fine to belive Chron to be the GOAT as he is indeed a legend, but i slightly lean towards Aspas here because his regional dominance is unmatched and he is almost always the best player on his team which Chron never really was.
