He claimed multiple times that he has the full audio which would clear his name. He never released this audio. In terms of cooperation with riot all he would have to do is give them this audio which would come out in discovery anyways if it does actually clear his name. If he had just shut up and said "My lawyers have instructed me not speak or cooperate with riot" that would be one thing but he has claimed many times over that he has some evidence to clear his name and refuses to release it.
