we have no raw aimers
for a while we had yay, but after chamber nerf he became a regular pro
guys like tenz and cryo will have their bursts of insane shots, but dont compare at all to guys like derke, suygetsu etc
so whats the plan?
we put nrg in a controlled environment in which time moves 800% slower.
we keep them there for 2 months playing aimlabs
can you imagine FNS with aspas aim?

I dont think the problem is raw aimers. The problem lies with consistency and not having a deep agent pool for a majority of players on franchised NA teams.

I think partly its because a lot of your IGLs play sentinel. FNS, stellar, boostio and now dephh. Very rare to find a sentinel IGL in EMEA but instead they have no S tier smokers because a lot of the IGLs play smoke or initiator.

It's mostly because the best IGLs play sentinel so they push fraggers out of that role and onto other things. IMO Leaf has a chance to be an elite sentinel player(tho it looks like he'll go back to duelist). Wippie, Mitch, Moose, Dapr, Xxif and NeT are all pretty elite on the role, just are stuck in T2 because NA teams had less slots and prioritize the IGL role at sentinel while EU prioritizes it at controller(also why EU has no good controller players in comparison to NA). Stellar and Johnqt are the only two that frag a lot atm, which is why I'm confident John will end up being one of the IGLs that move into T1 first. Nillyaz, Zexrow, and Brax are next up of the unsigned/pure T2 players at the role and they still have potential to have a guy like Leaf turn into a true world class sentinel, but rn I think they have way too few spots to compare to Suygetsu, Nats, and alfajer and the rest of EU.

can blame it on chamber btw all good NA sentinels on ascension or F/A right now (dapr, wippie, nillyaz, add3r, android, net, zexrow, etc) on emea good sentinel players kept playing sentinel agents and thats why some emea teams seemed better on this meta (suygetsu, alfajer on kj, nats, meddo, monsterrr, cender, etc).

Yay after losing to DRX: "Individuals don’t win championships, teams do". FNS was the dude who set him up to get the kills. If you remove FNS from NRG I don't think they can do better. If you watch his streams he's really good at predictions and reading his enemies.
