In 2022? I do.
yeah and thats a toxic mindset that only harms the mental health of ppl. if u feel like crying just do it theres no gender or age limit for feeling normal human emotions.
but men are better at holding it in tho... Everyone says its toxic to not be allowed to cry in front of other people but i can tell you right now ive never met another man who has wanted to cry in front of even their closest friends. It doesnt matter how toxic it is or isnt, the truth is it doesnt feel good for anyone (speaking from a male perspective) to cry in front of people they know no matter how close. Crying in private is completely normal and often times its completely impossible to hold it all in.
Im a person who has never EVER turned to crying in my younger life and i barely ever did cry. I would at most sulk or lock myself in my room but that was it, no tears. And even for me once everything started to pile on me and the stress of the real world got to me i broke down. Id say its an inevitability and I feel like the modern world at this point has come to terms with it. I dont really see people syaing its weird to cry alone, usually just when in front of others.
Hunter, You're being sexist and supporting the foundation of toxic masculinity. just stop embarrassing yourself
before people start shit talking u that's actually factually correct
"The male hormone, testosterone, has been shown to inhibit crying in men. Men feel their adrenalin and biceps tense and it bounces quickly into an angry reaction. Males have about 20 times more physical anger and aggression than females."
I cried watching Schindler's List and 12 Years a Slave a month ago. I don't think it's weird to cry, even if you're an adult.
Damn yeah that shit was dark asf the whole way thru and then the send off scene
It's not if you're alone, cry as much u want but infront of others I try to control my emotions
no? everyone has their ways of showing emotions, nothing wrong with crying, you can't control your emotions
does not crying give stress? Like recently im stressed out from school but I haven't cried in years
I don’t cry often like once every 3 months unless smth like a preak up happens and sometimes I feel like I wanna cry but I can’t, I think crying here and there is good for u
Yes, try it. Try it out on your own, let it all out, maybe lock yourself in your room, put your face against a pillow and let it all out. I guarantee it will feel better
My gf said I was a nerd for playing Valorant and should try Genshin Impact instead to be more manly and that made me cry.
crying is good brotha. after some traumatic experiences i cant cry no more from sadness so u better appreciate that u can express ur emotions.
Everyone cries, it's not weird at all. No matter your age or gender.
It's a way of showing your emotions.
Absolutely not? Is it weird to eat? Is it weird to laugh? Is it weird to smile? No! Same with crying :)
its not weird for men to cry but society has made it hard for men to express their emotions
i feel like crying al the time and im going thru a rough patch in life but im holding it back cause of these stereotypes
i should cry but i dont want to inrfont of others and doing it alone is more depressing
Not usual, but I typically do. I have high levels of anxiety and deal with numerous cases of toxic masculinity as a 19-year-old college student dealing with a tight schedule.
Crying is normal but don't be a lil bitch boi, ppl will use u in ur moment of weakness.
Crying is so therapeutic for me atleast. Being someone who has had pretty big mental struggles in the past it helps me a lot to not get overwhelmed. There will definitely be times in life where the only thing you can do is cry so no its not weird. Its natural and human.
Last time a cried when my daughter was born. 6 month ago. best feeling for mens))
