and also is 0.14 1600 slow

Well in a sense there is as the perfect sens is the one that you think you play the best with and feel the most comfy on.
probably not, its mostly personal preference
but there are limits like i think pros sens ranges between 0.1 and 0.7 on 800 dpi with the majority being 0.4 which is fine for most people, but im leaning towards higher sens like 0.55 for flicking and stuff cuz less than that feels slow for my lazy hand movements, others might find it too fast tho
both can work well, like ik haeyoday has AN insanely high sens and hes very good at the game (not pro) but still very good, some pacific players like forsaken has high sens but it isnt crazy but for the low sens side there are tons of player with very low sens like leaf who is 0.14 with 800 dpi, robbiebk has 0.12 800dpi, and dgzin has 0.14 800dpi.
its legit all about comfort, which a lot of the time comes from playstyle, although for a newer player a very high or very low sens is prob quite bad for understanding precision.

you're first mistake. Watching YouTube videos won't actually help you improve. You may learn a thing or two, but it won't change who you are.
Quit changing sens. I never felt like I had the "perfect sens", but I noticed I would change from 0.15 - 0.25 all the time, on 1600 dpi. So I settled at .20 about a year ago, and I have never adjusted since, it just feels right now.
watching yt videos can definetely help u improve
only if u actually focus tho
i support israel and love to dump money so i bought oblivity just to find my sens
me when i hate pirating but goon to site that is full of pirating:😡
honestly considering ur physical problem it can change alot depending on ur wrist ngl
plus im a psycho and mentally insane so i chose like one year one or whatever day it takes to find 2days is not great sample size imo
Perfect sensitivity = The sensitivity you play best on = The sensitivity you're most used to
someone whose been playing on high sens for their whole life can't just go to low sens and perform well because with different sensitivities you aim in fundamentally different ways
Personal preference. But if you go too low or too high then obviously it can handicap you as it requires you to work harder. Like very often people who are new to FPS or they are super casual have insanely high sensitives and to get even some precision with that you need to master your hand motor skills. And if its too low then you run out of mousepad and need to work hard to do simple turns etc. But as long as its between reasonable numbers whatever fits you is the best. I play with 800DPI 0.358 sens and I think its very in the middle sensitivity, I usually convert this to any FPS game and its converted from CS sens of 1.14
as an Immortal player, sens does matter. The higher the better. but not too high that its uncontrollable
played one season with 800 0.7 sens + 1920x1080 = 0.99 kd immortal 1 stuck
after that changed my whole settings for new season. 800 0.46 sens 1280x960 (black bars) = 1.23 kd immortal 3 stuck
try some settings u will find your settings
dont be so orthodox with your sens, valo is different than any tac fps which mostly use low sens
since most players come from CS they always assume low sens is the way
why tf is your dpi so low but in game sens to high, surely u can just keep the dpi but balance it out for when ur not on val.
