LOUD in 2023 played in a living room with internet problems and then they moved in an apartment where they played in a tight kitchen (also with internet problems) that they had to improvise as an office...
In 2023 when asked about why he left LOUD, Aspas talked about the infrastructure problems and management of the team.
LOUD's CEO mocks Aspas at every opportunity because he is butthurt Aspas left his dogshit org
This guy ruined what could've been a dynasty because he was too afraid to spend a little more than the minimum
That 2022 lineup wasnt even supposed to go to LOUD, it was a project entirely built by Sacy and Saadhak, and they only chose LOUD because of the big fanbase. Same fanbase that now talks shit about their ex-players
LOUD is a Org for influencers from before the pandemic, then they started buying teams to compete in e-sports. That's why their fanbase is so big and unbearable
Brother there is SO MUCH SHIT but like SO MUCH about LOUD i can't even start it.
The most recent one was last week a streamer of LOUD came out to the public saying how LOUD were treating him because he was their biggest name on "Kings League" and he had to pay every expense to travel and everything else, LOUD was only helping him paying 1/3 for him to do his JOB, he had to pay to do his OWN JOB.
LOUD CEO said that everything he could help him was with 4000 reais(743,09 USD), this shit was LAST WEEK.
LOUD is so shit but so shit that you wouldn't believe.
mostly bad management + an unbearable fanbase. loud easily has the worst fanbase in Brasil.
Bad Management overall + one of the CEOS is a chronically online manchild + Fanbase is annoying
I'm reading all of these comments ^^ and this is like 1000x milder than Real Madrid but everyone supports them anyway (not that that's a fair comparison but I digress)
You can be a fan of an org without caring about their management or the rest of the fanbase or anything... you could just like the team and want to rep them
(I wasn't sure whether to write this under this thread or FrenchToast's thread, neither of them make full sense imo but I hope you get what I'm trying to say)
Thank for saying this, I was reading these and not a single one was about the team, which is what should matter
if the question was about the team, i would have talked about the team. but it was about why loud is so disliked in Brasil and that does not come from the players
To give a bit of context, 9wntr is referencing threads like FrenchToast's (https://www.vlr.gg/602606/brazilians-come) where they ask how to buy a LOUD jersey internationally
That's why I wrote "I wasn't sure whether to write this under this thread or FrenchToast's thread, neither of them make full sense imo." Either way you're missing context, but hopefully I was able to provide some 👍
thanks for the context cloudberry
and make sure to update your tier list and put Brasil in the top 3 when we beat France in march
the one where you put brasil below ecuador
ive kept that in my heart to this day 😡
Oh that one ranking of the teams that had qualified? I'm pretty sure that's like 3-4 months old at this point lol
Listen, dude, Brasil IS the better team. But it's very hard to overlook how Brasil have looked recently and it's much harder to overlook how Ecuador did in qualifying. Finishing 2nd with a 3 point deduction is absurd, and conceding 5 in 18 matches in CONMEBOL of all places is even crazier. I'd put them around the same if I redid rankings right now, but the friendly against France in March could totally change my mind 👍
fair enough that explanation actually makes sense
i will temporarily forgive you…
You can like the players of the team and general sense of community from cheering for that team and representing them. Its completely fine and cool
but if you're cheering for an >org<, you're inevitably cheering for some random rich CEO to get richer, its is what it is
Theres no need to feel guilty about it tho, just know it isnt rainbow and flowers. If you dig deep enough you'll always find some messed up things where theres a lot of money involved.
Its just funny how many people are unaware about how LOUD is as an org outside of South America 😂
Yea I don't ever cheer for orgs, so maybe that's on me for forgetting people do. But yea people should probably recognise LOUD's management isn't when they went from being internationals as late as early 2024 to being one of the worst teams in Americas. Like everybody left them
real madrid at least has like 15 uefa titles to back it up and is competing every year, loud havent been good since early 24 (im still supporting them anyway cause i like the players)
Real madrid is the best team in football by far, LOUD can't even qualify for Champions without Aspas.
Real madrid is truly the biggest club in the world, LOUD is just a joke without Aspas, they are not the same.
I already acknowledged this with "(not that that's a fair comparison but I digress)"
That's not the point I was trying to make, I was just pulling up an analogy to help aid the point. You should know what I'm trying to say
The issue is that LOUD is a very rich organization, and like any other company, it prioritizes financial sustainability above everything else.
For example, they clearly had enough resources to keep the roster with Sacy and Saadhak, but they chose to cut costs instead.
That said, I think LOUD gets criticized way more than it should. In the end, they did the same thing many other organizations do people just tend to exaggerate when it comes to LOUD, especially because of that decision.
Their infrastructure is top-tier, but they won’t spend more than what they believe is reasonable on a roster or any project, and that’s a business choice.
Nunca me esqueço a porra do CEO ficou uma tarde INTEIRA farpando o Aspas no próprio twitter.
i love them since the first team of free fire, an is just because that i keep suporting them
if Pancada&Amigos (LOUD22) had been bought by MIBR (They offered before loud) instead, Brazil wouldve had atleast 3 internationals by now
i’m absolutely certain that mibr would’ve kept the lineup and at least saadhak, less and aspas would still be together to this day
when it comes to treating players well and having good infrastructure, mibr is way better and much more professional than loud
