MIBR are better for 3/5 players but i think all 5 players on Vitality are better than 5 players on MIBR if you look at them collectively so i think its even on paper.

zekken’s gonna be the 2nd duelist on some maps and a controller on others, on bind for example mibr runs two duelists, they might even do that on more maps now with zekken joining.
mazino’s gonna be the flex, playing either the second initiator or controller depending on the comp.
no role issues here. fr0d’s a world champion coach, he knows how to build and manage a team and its roles.
Need to see how teams perform. MIBR had both Aspas and Verno even before Champs and still looked pretty ass. Zekken also bit overrated especially if he needs to flex. Same for Vitality need to see how Sayonara performs in tier 1.

Yeah and looked horrible in Toronto and after didnt even qualify for Americas playoffs... teams like G2 and SEN were so ahead of them for whole year.
Throughout year they've put similar performances to Verno. All 4 are pretty equal outside of Aspas for most part. Cortezia even had some standout games.
Artzin was in MIBR 2024, known bottom feeders
Xenom was not even playing Valorant for months, he was going to CS, he had high stats in a >shit tier 2 brazilian team<, he had a life game on tryouts where he dropped 34 on Brimstone Bind and then got on the team because of that. (This mf never had a performance like that in VCT 25 and his comms are terrible, watch mibr vlogs)
Cortezia was similar to xenom, high stats in a shit brazilian tier 2 team, he was also giving up on his dream and was going to just study and go to college.
The new team has Zekken (Masters MVP), Mazino (VCT Americas Finals MVP), tex. The circumstances are not really comparable, this MIBR 25 roster was not supposed to exist in a normal world where a team doesnt get kicked out of VCT
Tex has achieved more than cortezia, it is what it is
I have the feeling that aspas thinks the same. In the livestream that he made when he played with tex, there was a chatter who said something among the lines of:
"cortezia is way better than tex"
He got permanently banned, and then aspas said:
"I just banned a guy who said an atrocity lol"

Acho que eles se gostam como pessoas normalmente e o cortez respeita muito o aspas, mas como jogador eu tenho minhas duvidas em relação a percepção do aspas sobre o cortez, creio que ele nao tem a mesma percepção da comunidade sobre o senhor mandioca
Tem aquele clipe de um vlog do MIBR onde o aspas fala "Vem cá cortez, DESSA VEZ você jogou >namoral<", ou aquele clipe que foi deletado da naxy (jogadora do GC aposentada a anos) dando dica pro cortez jogar melhor de sentinela. São clipes engraçadinhos só, mas eu nunca vi uma satisfação real do aspas em relação a MIBR 2025
Até na Leviatán teve o aspas falando pro >C0M< que ele amassou e batendo palmas com um sorrisão. Nunca vi isso em nenhum momento do MIBR

I know stats dont tell the full story, but everyone is just recency biased by the Champs performance where MIBR was playing great (despite not winning clutches)
There were many series and maps where cortezia was crypto throwing, he was very inconsistent, but everyone prefers to forget that because we all like him as a person
(tex was also like that in LEV, im not saying tex is good, but cortezia was not the next Less)
MIBR got TOP 3 Americas even with NZR on the team.
They were ass only in Stage 2.
Because of the synergy, if you pick 5 guys with an insane aim but that don't likes each other, it collapses. That's why some "superteams" fails so hard.
