I think GOAT discussions are a bit early to happen because most of the times the GOAT term is given retroactively on how it shapes the game and their impact on it and there's very few players that are in the discussion that doesn't play anymore. But i do think aspas is DEFINITELY in the discussion because 1) he's the most consistent player oat with Chronicle (which is also a contender to me btw) 2) Apart from Toronto and maybe Copenhagen 22 he's constantly delivering very good international performances stats-wise 3) Even if you don't consider his stats or call him a statpadder, he's a very decisive player who steps up with miracle plays on key moments as we could see in Champions 22 finals and the Champions 23. 24 and 25 runs, including TODAY, and i can go get the rounds if you want, but you should know that if you're actually watching the tournaments
I think putting him top3 is just in all honesty wrong. KD is the biggest factor in terms of rating and first kills so duelists inherently always are at the top of the ratings in every tournament then add the fact that mako is Calling rounds aswell, and he is the one that drops his gun his orb swings for his duelist. So to say since he is tied in rating with him to put him top3 is imo just not genuine. tho i agree he is breaking records (but also barely any assists) and he deserves to be in the goat debate but he just has to keep up the performance

The only time he didn't have a positive rating was in champions 22 and if you watched it you know the rating doesn't fully translate his in-game impact. I hate letting people believing something irrational, especially when they are so adamant about it and spit on people that disagree with them. I don't want to turn into an aspas hater, but it's really hard to resist since how they behave with so little arguments.

Most of those players are there because ONE TEAM, as soon they changed team they fall off.
Aspas is there basically with three different teams, new system, new coach, etc.
