Not denying the fact flyuh to KOI was a disaster move from start.
He is a strong IGL who has been leading teams from start, with this roster he will get the chance he never had. I have been analysing his recent matches

I think you take a young dullest out of T2 there are a bunch available. Pick one. So he won’t slot in at duelist.
If we’re talking senti I think he is mid. Cracked Aimer, just don’t like his senti. I rather just stick with cyro and have him learn senti. Or go out and make a big offer to shyy who is a cracked senti. Wont slot into senti.
He’s played on multiple teams and been benched on multiple teams. Obviously can’t just be a coincidence.
This isn’t 2023 and he’s just not that good anymore. Better options at his roles.
They are both pretty experienced but eeiu is much better overall
Being a champ doesn't mean as much as you think, plenty of players have the skills to win, it is a matter of assembling the right roster that makes the final difference

Flyuh and c0m ain't all that man (A possible case could be made for c0m as a Flex/IGL but I'd rather let potter take the younger players that have potential and mould them)
Demon1 while good is a sidegrade to cryo so I'd rather see Cryo here.
Okeanos wouldn't be used as a flex player here seeing as they actually need an IGL so Kyu would be that player that can both Flex and IGL.
Timotino is the only player here that makes sense.

Flyuh can flex, com can flex; Its really the preference of the team. Like I said eeiu is still good, but COM has proven himself multiple times on international stages. This roster is puire fact based checkout my video and I have decent explanation
we can see Demon1 fragging on sentinel agents, Cryo hasn't proven his performance on sentinel role much.

Had Eeiu been in c0ms position I can almosr guarantee he would've overall done better then c0m had (sure he has a champs but he also shared a roster with prime demon1 and jawgemo, not to discredit him in any way). When he was on NRG he was a highlight machine, phenomenal player. I'd take him over c0m any day of the week

Personally I didn't watch the entire video, forget the hate comments. I would suggest being a bit more organized and getting to the point unless there are better transitions or something else to put on the video because the attention span for most viewers are kinda bad.
Here is the thing though, I'm not going to say that I know a lot about pro play because I started watching this year but personally from what I've learned I would just say keep the core 4 and add in demon1 or inspire.
So the roster would look like:
Asuna
Eeiu
Cryo
Zander
Demon1/Inspire
The reason why I am hardvouching for this roster is mainly because I really think that Asuna is better than most tier 2 duelists including the ones you mentioned because of his experience in tier 1. Though he not consistent, there is no questioning his mechanical abilities plus the fact that he is one of the best flex players in Americas.
Not going to explain why we need Eeiu and Cryo because they are already considered world class level talent with their potential.
Zander is an absolute synergy pick along with the fact that he can frag while Igling.
Finally between demon1 and inspire I would still say demon1 is better and hear me out. I didn't like the thought of adding demon1 at first but after seeing him play in DRG as senti he's actually pretty good so it's not like we are entirely replacing one cryo with another cryo so it might be better this way. If he can't join then we can try inpire from Envy.
For headcoach I would trick or something because he is the only one who thought of keeping the core 4 but I don't think that might be possible.
Hey thank you so much for your feedback, you are the real G. The main problem with the Roster was role issues and falling behind the meta. Thats where IGL and coaching needs some changing.
For example the Yoru revolution first started when potter and boostio came up with a plan to put ethan and Yoru and then people started to adapt using double duelists
When boostio was kicked 100T was expecting for a real change but in the end the got trapped on just playing as usual with no real change
So even if you dont change any other players, you have to change the IGL and coaching
