had a friend who said the exact same thing after he said his ear also started hurting and it turned out that there was a bug inside of it laying eggs how crazy is that lol
theres like thousands of vlr users surely someone in here is doctor right

if it’s like pain inside your ear like maybe an ear infection, a remedy my family used to use is to warm up a towel or rag with hot water and press it against your ear for a bit. it’s supposed to help reduce pain a little
