i stated food that were popular in the south not only in the south lol. you can find all of what i mentioned anywhere in the states
how is this something we rarely eat? these are eaten legit everyday. people run restaurants off this stuff. not everyone has the same culture here, i just listed off a few things from the south, didn’t even mention northeast, west coast, or the midwest
anything and everything, we commonly refer to our culture as a “melting pot” of all the world’s different cultures. you can find many unique fusion cuisines you cannot find anywhere else in the world here. but outside of embracing other cultures as our own, uniquely american dishes include southern style bbq (smoked brisket, pork ribs, bbq beans, etc.), soul food (fried chicken, baked mac and cheese, corn bread, etc), cajun cooking (gumbo, jambalaya, seafood boil etc.) that’s only 3 different types i can go on and on
it be mfs who never spent a second in the states calling our food trash. just because u ate mcdonald’s doesn’t mean our shit is fast food, cock muncher
