VLR is full of people who actually play/watch but in reddit people will have the worst opinions and don't even play the game at all. idk about twitter but prob better then reddit

reddit is genuinely cancerous. everybody has 10 different flairs half of them dont even play anymore, they just follow whatever opinion is the most popular at the moment, and are polite on the surface but if you even slightly disagree with them its a manchild mayhem. worst of all the mods will ban you for any reason whatsoever. tbf vlr is basically reddit lite but people bait way more and kinda know what they are talking about
my best memory on r/valorantcompetitive or whatever is during 2023 when cypher was bad, somebody genuinely suggested the only way to make him good was to give him 4-6 trips, and he died on that hill in the comments.
damn, I never really used the valorantcompetitive subreddit so I didn't know it was that bad. Though, I can't say I'm surprised, reddit mods in general are constantly on some power trips and subreddits tend to be people in an Eco chamber behaving like a hivemind
Reddit in general is an insufferable place ngl. Seems nice on the outside but it's filled with some of the corniest and most annoying people on earth
its partly bc of the mods, you have to treat them like gods there or they will target you for no reason
also people refuse to believe anything other than their opinion, and even if you change your mind and agree with them youre getting mass downvoted

VLR is the best people actually have somewhat of an understanding ignoring all of the bait, twitter is second but there is a massive gap because its js biased people 99% of the time, reddit is third because reddit.

Twitter is good for latest news and player posts.
VLR is good for open discussion, match liveposting, information on player stats, teams and tournaments.
Reddit is just trash, they actually banned posting about EWC matches and all content related to it, imagine prohibiting the one thing the place was created to do lmao. Bunch of cucks over there.
I wonder what they will do if EWC eventually becomes an important event in the Valorant calendar for upcoming years. You can love it or hate it but you can't just pretend it doesn't exist when top teams from all regions are actually taking part in it and competing for hundreds of thousands of dollars

VLR is the best for most things and would be the best overall by a mile if there weren't so many ragebaiters
Twitter is good for news, players thoughts after the match or other things and chill if u ignore Sen and Prx fangirls
Reddit is only good for peoples thoughts after a match the rest is mid especially about other opinions people on there will defend their opinion like their life depends on It even when it is shitty
don't know if it's just me but reddit is full of seasians wanting validation for prx wins it's kinda sad and annoying
vlr 100% has more competent iq people than those other platforms but all 3 has their share of .. degenerates/idiots. i'd say vlr has the least tho
