Renting an arena for an event does not mean Riot has the infrastructure. Pretty sure Riot owns the Berlin Arena full time, it’s not that simple.
If you already have an arena, moving away just to rent another one is quite literally like flushing the money down the toilet

That is definitely a problem in Istanbul but the richer areas especially in european side is much better with the salaries these players have they wouldn’t have a problem living in Istanbul

i dont understand the sentiment against germany, the Visa issue is not german exclusive, its for all european countries aswell as the cost of living is relatively mediocre for a capital city, housing wise Paris, Madrid, Munich and Cologne are way more expensive. Also it is kinda in the centre of europe, if u want to watch a game in spain u need to fly w a plane if ur from eastern europe or scandinavia or baltic the same as if u want to watch a game in warsaw or Prag or London, yeah there are less fans in Germany itself but also the Arena isnt build for thousands of ppl and also Riot has made investments alr so it would make no sense to move somewhere else again and why renting a different arena when u alr own one?
Might be controversial but I'd say Bulgaria will be a great option. Our capital has the perfect arena with 10k seats that I'm sure can be easily filled up, + great internet + it's cheap to live there + the weather is nice
