Sayf arguably individually better on all 3
since 2021 would imply that he's not looking at 2021, 22, 23 individually but as a whole. Meaning since 2021 he has been a top 2 duelist because of his stats, consistancy, impact and game sense.
He wasnt as great this year as the previous 2 but over all 4 years he is definitely top 2. Zekken wasnt even well known as one of the best before last year. KangKang didn't achieve much internationally until this year but he was individually good. Texture also only really became one of the best in recent times.

2021: Tenz and Cned clear
2022: Yay Aspas and Ardiss clear
2023: Derke probably top 2 sometime this year, Demon1 and Aspas probably clear by the end
2024 : Kangkang Zekken Texture and Aspas clear

Honestly, there are arguments to be made for other players being top 5 as well right now imo, but yeah I agree that it's very healthy for every region to be strong internationally.
I genuinely don't think any other Duelist comes close to these five in terms of:
-raw skill
-trophies and achievements
-longevity and consistency.

top5 aspas(before the champs)
