I'm curious, i'm bad at drinking water :(
I get it, you're embarrassed saying it, it's okay man. Just know you should be drinking something else buddy.
Yeah I drink tap water and sparkling water. Not much though, just got back to drinking sparkling water and trying to drink more tap water aswell.
when you have a problem remembering to drink water just remember that you have easy acces to water from your tap and in many many places people dont and it's harder for them
i used to drink 2-3 liters a day when i was young and my tap water was drinkable
good times!
Boiling a pot of water for consumption every morning is not that hard tbh, i mean is hecking amazing to drink directly from the tap, but it's very possible to still drink enough water if not.
usually it's a good chunk of money in comparison to your salary in such places
Overhydration is as bad as dehydration by the way, just drink water whenever you feel thirsty.
I don't feel thirsty other than when I eat something sometimes and I drink just a glass of water, I usually drink like 1 small glass of water every day.
So you drink whenever you feel thirsty then, which mean you are drinking enough water daily, which means that you aren't bad at drinking water. Your body will let you know whether or not it needs water, you don't need to overthink it. If you feel like you're experiencing symptoms of dehydration or something then just drink an extra cup as you eat.
I'm only telling you this btw so you don't decide to suddenly drink 4 L of water daily straight into hyponatremia from reading this thread.
so you don't think water can help my depression, laziness, lack of motivation, fatigue.
I do also think my body has been trying to tell me something for a long time but I don't understand it :/
I pee a lot when I drink excessively but I usually drink like 2 bottles of 16oz water a day.
Have half of the people on this thread not heard of water poisoning? I'm pretty sure I would die if I drank more than 2.5L a day every day
I really don't think drinking 5L of straight water is good for your health at all. The least it can do is make you feel very bloated and need to go toilet a lot. But water poisoning is definitely not fake. In fact, its recommended that you not just drink water, but also get water from other parts of your diet such as fruits and vegetables. Drinking 5L of just water every day will definitely cause issues in the long term. If I'm wrong, and drinking that much still water is safe and fine, then by all means go ahead and correct me.
yeah that's like 3-4Ls in a couple of hours though
i think i average like... 2-3.5Ls a day depending on activity, weather and what I'm eating, I'm perfectly fine lol
though iirc it does depend on the... type of water? Some shit to do with salt content or something
depends,if im on my volleyball training i dring 2 liters in that 1 hour of training, if i dont have training that day i will drink around 3 liters, also if i eat chocolate i will dring a whole liter aftwerwardes to get it out of my mouth lol
3 liters/day at least
on a good day when i'm trying to be a healthy person 5 lt/day
Take a pot. Wrap a wet cloth around it. Drink water from that.. Best water ever. Especially when you are tired or feeling exhausted. The feeling after drinking🤌
A lot bro, like 2L per day
Only way to deal with 30°C+ during 🇧🇷 summer/autumn
I struggled with drinking enough water so I downloaded an app called "WaterMinder" and it reminds me to drink water every 30 minutes. It might sound stupid, but that little reminder is actually enough for me to take a few sips. Highly recommend if you wanna get into the habit of hydrating!
a lot during the summer especially because I have hyperhidrosis so like 6-8L probably
but in winter i drink a lot of energy drinks because im a fat bastard so like maybe 1L a day
i think i drink about 2 glasses a day on days i have an energy drink(500ml drink, tall glasses)
im a professional water drinker, ice eater, vapor inhaler
an hydroboy, if you will
love H20 man, GOAT molecule
