If it were a physical competition or body builder thing then it makes sense to talk about someone’s appearance but as far as i know, you can be 400 pounds and still click heads. It’s unhealthy, yes, but that has nothing to do with Valorant. It’s almost exclusively used to bully players after they win

Every time you play your set up hasn’t changed since the last. At these events there are multiple people shuffling around their own set ups after every match. Much greater chance for something to go wrong vs the static environment of your own home set up
