its okay bro confidence is something you build overtime along with your mechanics, when u are playing follow your intuition and don't be indecisive in your gameplay
it doesn't necessarily have to be on duelist you can frag on controller and sentinel in comp if u wanted to play those roles its just about having a baseline of mechanics/gamesense. Personally when I was playing the game practicing dm/range before a match and kovaaks/aimlabs tracking and precision helped me the most; imo unrated doesn't really do much for you its more effective just to spam ranked in that case
respectfully, at your rank improving your mechanics is 2x more essential than learning how to have perfect setups on certain maps if you had double your kills in each match you lost you easily win 30-40% more games and have more impact on the map then what setups can do in that elo
