like u must be desperate for attention if ur trying to keep track of ur "workout"(prob faking that) on a valorant forum. especially after one person already did it. just stick a calendar on your fricking door and everytime u go to the gym, cross it out bruh.
search up "gym forums" and im sure u can talk to a bunch of people who are willing to watch you type day #x completed everyday.

no yea, leg day is fucking brutal but I never skip it, I just go lighter and easier when I feel like straight dogshit, better than skipping at least
Didn't go for 2nd day bc a friend said I should rest until my body is 100% again.
Might not even go for 3rd day as I been hurting so just using these days to get proper macros.

For the first week or so do not overdo since you are new to the gym. Keep your workouts light consistency is key

Focused on front chest and biceps
My upper body strength is ass so I asked for help with proper form from other guys at the gym. They were really helpful, walked off at the end feeling high af.

Went again today and it felt fucking great
Idk what happened but yesterday I was doing barbell squats and it felt so fucking orgasmic like I was in heaven bro, felt unreal, It was at the moment I knew I would go to the gym consistently now. That feeling is so hard to describe.
Did more Barbell squats and started doing deadligts.
Also took some creatine, gonna do more research on it tmrw and see how it works but def coukd feel that it helped
no harm in taking creatine, some people might not feel shit from it but no harm in taking it
Is cycling with high resistance and swimming any good for legs , does cycling work calves how tour de france guys have so big calves
