Have the teams left for berlin?

I remember back in may that the iceland teams left 2 weeks before the tourney started. there are 10 days until berlin starts. does anyone know when the teams leave for the tournament?

i know that Crazy Racoons are still in japan. the NA teams are also still in NA. I don't know the teams that have left yet
