cosmetic stun
easily dodgeable flashes
good zoning damage util but it takes forever to activate
expensive ass ultimate which has the same cosmetic stun as his signature

On top of the stun being cosmetic it also takes a full 1.1 seconds to wind up so you can side step it quite readily... It really should just be undodgeable
yeah compared to the one flash yoru breach is fs coming back atleast on some maps since it can help with the double dive(neon and waylay).
Aint no propaganda ik his kit aint the strongest especially with the windup time of the stun is ass but i believe with combos his kit is annoying to deal with.

Nah flash ini are kinda dead rn and this change would help.
60 sec recharge aint bad coz its maximum of 3 flashes per round. Giving an additional flash to skye like when it was released might be a bit broken.
Having 1 flash every 60 seconds is definitely not very good lol, it's kinda shit actually considering the amount of info it gives and it's not even in line with the amount of flashes other initiators have
i disagree coz earlier the cooldown was 40 seconds for skye and there were scenarios you could have more than 4 flashes per round.
60 seconds is decent and i dont get why tejo and skye are the only initiators with 0 refresh/ cooldown on their abilities.
or having a 60s cooldown and limiting the recharge to once per round also works. Coz both tejo and skye needs some kinda refresh.

Harbor is not and never was an alternative to Viper. He was always intended by riot to be an exec-oriented, high-volume smoker like Brim and Omen, which is why they doubled down on making the wall single-charge and giving him rushdown tools
When the rework removed Cascade, I thought it was because riot is designing a controller with short-duration mobile smokes as a central part of their kit, but with more emphasis on lurking and info denial like Viper
Maybe that's what's next after Miks but idk

I could see them adding a cooldown to smoke reactivation but buffing the actual strength/duration of everything
