yes but it's mostly europe. Every other region watches valorant more at this point (source: my guesses, but the twitch numbers showed that LOCK//IN had like 2x and at time 4x the amount of viewers ESL Pro League. Still high, but valorant is peak rn)
EPL is a very unpopular tournament bc of the format, a significant portion of people only wait until the playoffs to watch it

never happened to me tho, sure i played with ppl 1 rank above sometimes but i never got a silver/gold dude in my matches lol
i assume its going to be free i dont see why they would change it since f2p works so well.
csgo source 2/ cs2 is confirmed to be happening like weeks from now apparently, there's shit like 128 tick server and an anticheat like faceit, so it's similar to vanguard in a way, and a new matchmaking system, kinda excited for it tbh
If you are referring to RL's article in terms of faceit bit, it exclusively has to do with the matchmaking and not the AC. The article doesn't mention anything about improved VAC

CS2 is going to fail, and will bring more players to Valorant. Nothing amazing and unique is coming out of CS2, and lots of players already shifted over to Val.

Good time to riot improves some basics things in valorant, such as deathmatch, the range, replay (vod review, in the game, or demo), improve the skin shop, because i think this way is prejudicial for people that want old skins like old prime bundle.

Do you know the real reason why League succeeded over Dota and why Valorant will do the same with CS/CSGO? Its because many GIRLS started to become "gamers" and played League, and now FPS which is Val FN OW Apex etc.

this is right lmao . The general gist is Riot is very good at marketing the game to wide variety of audience. A lot more women play their games as a result. I mean think about it women makes up half the world population. Imagine closing off that entire market. Riot also makes them game easier to get into reaching the casual audience which is the majority.
Increased playerbase of Riot games is because they attract almost all of Asian audience. That matters much more.
? there's women in asia too lol. Half the world population is women. They're doing both. Riot games have world wide appeal and they market their games like that. Which is why they will always be more popular than Valve games.

this is for valorant. Obviously riot don't release hard numbers but you can clearly see it in in what they try to do with gameschanger and also in valorant games just more girls playing in general.
And how many women are in CS? Even if 10-20%, it's not a big difference.
Also I would expect some data proving that indeed 30-40% of Valorant playerbase are women, not a random article without anything.

yes this is why riot games are easier to get into for casual audience. They also try to appeal to the chinese mareket cause they're a huge chunk of the world population.

they won't switch back unless Valve support the pro scene. There's no point being in tier 2 or tier 3 in NA, pretty much jobless with no good salary. As for the asian scene there's pretty much no scene other than like mongolia or china lol
