It's obviously an institutional issue. Valve provides no support to regions unlike Riot, which is why EU is the only developed region in CS.

Not really, you guys have Caps and that's it. Aside from Caps the only two other things EU has done in LOL were winning the first mickey mouse worlds and then Misfits losing to SKT 3-2.
EMEA isn't bad at LoL anyways, they go far most of the times and they beat teams like Damwon, T1, Gen G ...

G2 lost in record time to T1 and the gap between CN/KR and the rest is only widening. Europeans were on crazy amounts of copium after G2 fluked their first few matches. There were 4 LCK teams in the knockout stage last worlds and 1 LEC team, which got 3-0'd by DK. EU literally only have one worlds victory and it's because KR/CN teams didn't attend.
Korea is more dominant in LoL then EMEA has or ever will be in Valorant
I mean, we had some MSI winners and worlds finalists in "recent years", we are for sure worse than Korea and China but still do good from time to time, also I am not very much into league but how can Europe be so bad at it? Korea is a country the size of Spain but apparently a whole continent cant compete with them??? Is it because Russians play too much dota instead of league? Doesnt make sense to me from an outsider perspective tbh, I guess all good european moba players stuck with dota instead of switching to league maybe

Maybe its because NA has huge money and they poach some of best European players so every year some of the best talent goes away from the region?
I'd assume it's just because of three major things:
1) The players have crazy work ethics compared to other regions and you see lots of players encouraged to play in PC bangs and pursue it as a legitimate job
2) KR, proportionally to the region's population, has the largest playerbase and a genuinely higher quality solo queue experience then other regions, making it easier to improve
3) Obviously a large amount of talent in regions like EU/SEA went to DOTA instead of league
makes sense then, Europe and specially Russia play a lot of Dota unlike Korea who only play League so they have all the talent in one place but from an outsider perspective I feel like one of the big problems has to be LEC is basically only bo1 for some reason while LCK is not? dont understand why LEC organisers think this is okay??? Koreans get to play 3-5x times the matches in a single season than LEC teams
Either way not being able to compete with Korea and China doesnt seem acceptable to me, League community should be ashamed
EMEA teams aree actually serious about their performance instead of teams getting a CS streamer who hasn't played pro for the last how many years just to stay relevant to replace their best player

We brazilians owned NA scene in cs (the two better teams from na were full br roster) we could never do it in EU/EMEA.
