Stewie2k switch

we all know it is just a matter of when he will switch to valorant.

I dont think any pro team with self respect should sign this guy, who just got kicked out of the team because of its toxic behaviour.
We should be giving people who been grinding valorant since day 1 the chance, not some big ego washed CSGO player who only start grinding after he knows he is gonna get benched. If any big team sign him, it will just solidify the fact that Valorant is a CSGO retirement home.

There's nothing bad about valorant is a CSGO retirement home. Also valorant is all about franchise in the future, right? Bring in someone like Stewie is gonna be an advantage for any team. Also he is pretty good if he willing to put an effort to the game.

you want a known toxic egotistic player who only switched because he is abandonded by CSGO to be the face of valorant??

no thanks.

give me some 'home grown' which been here since the start to be the face of valorant.

Dude stew dont get abandoned by anybody. If NA CSGO players move to valorant it's simply because the scene is dead. Completely dead. Even big team like TL is near death at this time because EU and CIS is on another level

Also he isnt toxic egoistic. That's just himself. I'm pretty sure whole region know about him. Even tarik said he isn't toxic. Someone with that attitude u mentioned, won't win a major. Won't win a grand slam. So if u try to be a hater, get ur fact straight first.

Sadly that's how things goes my friend. Teams kinda care about the brand value of that player going forward and obviously talent. And with franchising comin around the corner, they would try to go for Stewie no matter how toxic or washed he is in CS

good enough to be a star player in a tier 2 team but not good enough to be in a tier 1 and sustain the team's position in the league.

Like I said. If he put more effort into it. He can be on top tier. I mean isn't valorant is a game when sometimes a streamer actually better than a pro player?

I dont think so man, stewie gives me the C9 ex T1 curry vibes.

He is trash at valulrant anyway, getting bodied by CrosbyCS in Ascendant lobbies and blaming it on the game.

You will get max 2 kills If u ever get past gold and play against Crosby. He is the 3rd best player in valorant after BcJ and jasonR.

Do one thing. Close your eyes and go cry to sleep.
What you're doing rn is thinking that there's only one aspect to "being a good player" that is being good at CSGO lmao both are two different games because u "bad" in one doesn't make you a bad player in the other🤡

#24

valorant is probably your first esport so you are seeing these players for the first time, in my eyes they are washed up players. We just see them in different light

I do actually watch these players before, like the time yay was a sharp rifler in compLexity and shahzam was the one awping. Victor coming from eUnited, i was hyped abit when they qualified to IEM Chicago to end up getting fucked. Now look at OpTic, former cs players thats on top of the world atm

#30
mauge67

thats because csgo is objectively harder at the highest level and the scene is a lot more stacked so you have to grind harder to get to the top, lets not act like valorant skill ceiling is at the same point as cs,literal na fpl and mdl players can become tier 1 in this game rn and mdl is like tier 7

Bro, where u at in all those masters and champions? Almost every champion were a csgo player at pro/semi-pro level.

Sentinels - Everyone but Zombs
Gambit - Everyone but Chronicle and Sheydos
Acend - Everyone but Starxo and Zeek
Optic - Everyone

15 of 20 tournament champions (75%) were csgo players.

I can't take any CS clown seriously that constantly keeps saying valorant takes no skill and then proceed to blame the game when they dont do well.

#31

Frags

i cant take any valorant player seriously who says valorant requires just as much skill but their favorite player is a ex mountain dew league competitor, and the face of this game was known for being a good pugger

#43
Clapzoo1

Valorant does require the same amount of skill tho, imo

In cs:go anyone has smokes, flashes, mollies, etc but in Valorant you have to think about what agents to pick, waht abilities they have, how to use those habilities, how to counter those habilities and much more, you get the idea

My point is Valorant does require the same amount of skill has cs:go (in my, very, very uninformed opinion, don't take what I say as fact but as an opinion)

well it isnt rocket science when you have played the game for almost 2 years, mechanics wise valorant is so much easier than cs for me,we are very early in to the games esport scene so it isnt as stacked as in cs and this times team level will look laughable in like 5 years if the game is still alive

#65
Clapzoo1

Yes, it's still a very "new" game
Hopefully it won't die in 5 years tho lol

#46

csgo clearly has more difficult mechanics/aim, valorant clearly has more difficult utility usage and reads

Valorant is not a CSGO retirment game i think.
You may have many players that came from CS but you also have tons and tons of new kids and upcomming pro players that played cs not that much or nothing at all.

I agree but he has been playing a lot with tarik, so I wouldn't be surprised if he became a streamer.
