Whats something you recommend doing in Tokyo that a turist wont find on like...tripadvisor? (preferably suitable for kids! )

posted 7 months ago

You hold someone accountable.
You take responsibility.

What you guys are saying makes no sense.

posted 7 months ago

I don't get it. He said james_ff is just taking screenshots of players streams and that isn't journalism? What's wrong there? it really isnt journalism....

"Take accountability for the communitys displeasure" wtf does that even mean!? That is some next level snowflake shit. No one is accountable for how others may persive what you say, only for what is actually said.

posted 7 months ago

They couldn't make this decision before The Guard released the players.

posted 7 months ago

Yea, that's NRG's problem. Not a good enough chamber player...

This Tokyo event was so good, and the crowd was insane.

posted 9 months ago

CGRS is in the lowerbracket final of a Masters event.

Of fucking course he is a good player.

fucking vlr chatters man.

Fnc could play 4 vs 5 and still beat most teams tbf

It's almost as if these MADE UP storyline, that you've completely MADE UP do not fit with reality! Imagine that!

posted 10 months ago

Obvously they tried, but not enough to show new stuff. I think they value this international title a whole lot more than a regional one, and that's not really so strange. By comparison I think they also valued LOCK//IN more than VCT EMEA, after LOCK//IN their aim seemed to be solidly on tokyo. I guess we'll see what happens.

posted 10 months ago

Being first or second seed meant nothing, both teams were ready for playoffs. It was an absolutely meaningless game. TL played well, but it was pretty clear FNC just did the same stuff they did in lock/in, and they did that the entire split. It's going to be exciting to see what they have come up with for this. NRG has shown a lot this tournament already.

All the really defensive OP jetts are struggling in this meta, after they had a field day on chamber. But people copium that it's something else.
Yay doesnt need a better team, he needs a meta change.

Rooting for the famously brazilian IGL Saadhak.

Amazing.

posted 11 months ago

G2 insisted on using Mixwell as Jett over Ardiis, who were clearly a much better Jett.
They won everything for a year, its insane to say they didnt perform.

posted 11 months ago

This is the kind of 1head thinking that led to Karmine Corp and Scream as IGL

I don't think I am tripping. They look so lost when they try to play loose. Right now, 100T is no where near top 5.

posted about a year ago

Unless 100t can find some structure again, they will struggle to beat lev.

Pro players need stronger mentality than that. That's why he is in franchising and you are on VLR.

posted about a year ago

It's strange to call players who's been in tier 1 teams for ages "top tier 2 talent".

posted about a year ago

Sure, he still don't belong on any "talent list".

Man is 27 years old.

Dude said "lowel"

Compare the way TL played the last 2 maps today with how they played against Team Secret.
I have more faith in them now than before. And Vitality is a very solid team, with very good structure.

posted about a year ago

These types of list always rank people individually based on how well their teams perform.
Always full of pepega takes.

posted about a year ago

Trexx one of the few in this thread that is actually underrated.

posted about a year ago

He coached NiP when they looked pretty good until the whole org took "come to Brazil" literally.

posted about a year ago

Weird take.

If you think any org will touch him now, you are more than a bit naive.
It's just not worth it with the amount of talent out there. Talent who are not ticking PR disaster bombs.

2021 is a looong time ago, and he hasn't competed for years. The man's done.

Leaf is a duelist, zellsis is a duelist, yay is a duelist.

Good job c9 management!

S tier teammates who have since been tearing it up in tier 1 valorant..

Sure dude, keep hating tiny brain

posted about a year ago

They are up there with Optic, Loud and Paper Rex as the most consistent teams on the international stage. Thats why they are rated highly. And the comming roster really seems like a great one.

posted about a year ago

Hard overrate on Heretics and Giants.

posted about a year ago

This Heretics team is incredibly...underwhelming

posted about a year ago

6th probably wont train a lot with the team. Having an analyst with good player skills as a 6th is smart.
And qpert isn't unknown, he is a very well known analyst, and had possibility to go to multiple franchised orgs.

posted about a year ago

He can't speak english. He speaks scouse.

Feel bad for NRG trying to understand him :D

posted about a year ago

No org will pay a lot for a 6th. It's probably going to be someone who has to do analyst stuff as well. Being a 6th for a player with any ambition is going to be death.

posted about a year ago

They have consistently performed like a tier 2 team. Never managing to really make a splash, except for a very short period with one roster, and when they got figured out, they got smashed again. For an org that should be top 10 EU they have consistently underperformed.

posted about a year ago

And that is exactly why people are worried. The org gm's who have proven an inability to build a winning roster are now in charge of building a good partnership roster. Giants have put a lot of time and effort into valorant, and have been huge failures. Why should they succeed now?

posted about a year ago

But the stakes are so high now, you don't want to be among the bottom teams in partnership. And there will never be an opportunity like this again to strengthen a roster, it's going to decide who will be top and bottom for a long time in EMEA.

Taking a chance on someone not quite good enough simply because of nationality is a huge risk.

posted about a year ago

Russ was really good, excellent utility usage and strong support. You can't compare that role to a primary duelist / OP'er.

Not sure I'd pick Fithino as a top 10 EMEA duelist tbh.

posted about a year ago

Mini said they are not trialing anyone.

And it makes sense, it's not like people don't know how good these players are.

posted about a year ago

I hope they don't split up sayf and leo

posted about a year ago

Yes, all the teams just made their players free agents just too keep them.
