What weaknesses do you identify of yourself that prevent you to rank up? I'll start: I'm usually hesitant to rotate, i like to dominate one site, but that is not the way to play some matches.
(Hopefully weaknesses besides aim, since we all strugle with that on different degrees)

Unstable internet kinda, I get packet loss, usually I lose like 5k packets per match, sucks that I live in the historical part of the city, so I probably won't be getting optical connection anytime soon, I usually get like 20-30ms on Frankfurt. Apart from that when I sense that I'm getting shit on by a smurf I lose confidence in my duels. Like when I peek it's not the usual let's get this kill and dip out, but it's "oh shit it's Jett" and then I hit her for like 40 and die lol
For me its not overpeaking and being too overconfident. I take a lot of dangerous angles that lead either to a 1-2k which I can sometimes get away from or I just die and give them free site. Also my util usage is mediocre and despite being a sova main I dont use my shock darts and drone as much as I should. So far I have rapidly improved recently going from s1 to g2 last act. This act I plan to grind harder and hit plat by the end of this act.
Aim and tbh im not comfy with how i am. Like sometimes feel my sens too high and too low. I use vandal but i spray then tapping when its phantom. Idk why i like tapping more with phamtom. Also my reaction time are shit and my brain laggy af. Guess gold 1 are my limit, dont have talent in this game haha
I think I'm too passive and lack confidence to go into sites for example. And because of this I struggle little on attack and I have problems entering sites.
And I lack confidence of playing ranked. I'm afraid to disappoint my team and myself if I don't perform well, and I have pretty much had this "I will grind unrated to a point where I feel really confident" since the release of Valorant, and I have only played 2 ranked games ever. I mean I don't even have that much problems with my performances. Unrated constantly getting placed against Immortals and in my placements I was playing against Diamonds/Immortals and I performed well, but I don't know I still doubt my skills. I have had same problem in every game. I just feel too much pressure playing against "high" rated players. In Overwatch I quit when I hit my main and alt to high Masters rank for example.
Sometimes I have this "ok fuck it I will just play" mentality, but it always goes back to lack on confidence after a while. All it needs is just 1 bad game or something like that. And I usually really go through the games in my mind after winning or losing sometimes even overthinking. I just put too much value on ranked game in my head. Some people just wake up and instantly queue to ranked, but I have to warmup, play couple unrated games, eat etc before I play ranked when I rarely play ranked. Its like going to pro game or some shit. But thanks anyway!
You care too much about winning. The focus should be on improving. Also, playing unrated does nothing for you to improve, it'd be much better if you spent time (like 1hr everyday) on aim training with AimLabs or KovaaKs.
Last but not least, you're overrating yourself. If you play ranked and do bad, that's your level, play there.
Thanks for comment, but I think its the opposite in a lot of those points. I don't really care do I win or not that much, but I care more about my own performance and how much I had effect on the outcome. And play unrated mainly because I want to improve my game sense and ability usage. My aim is decent even though it could be better. Also I'm definitely not overrating myself more like the opposite. As I said I have no problems playing in that level. I just have this mindset that I'm not good enough to play in that rank where I am. I feel like all the other players are better than me and it gives me stress and pressure. Even if that isn't the case in reality as I said. Its just some sort of lock in my head and its really hard to get over it even as stupid as it might sound. Just wanted share if there's people with similar problems.
Good example was in Overwatch where I pretty much grinded my alt account to Masters (in Valorant it would be like Immortal) with like 80% winrate, but the moment I hit that rank I just couldn't continue due to pressure feeling.
Ohhh I see, I guess your problem is being a perfectionist. You want to be good enough to play "perfect" at the level you're at. You probably get more mad at yourself than at your teammates. But listen man, if you've ever watched pro matches, you know even pro players make mistakes (egregious mistakes sometimes), and that's ok, no one will ever play this game perfect.
So accept that mistakes will happen and that they're a NORMAL thing. You will make mistakes, I'll make mistakes and so will TenZ. Allow yourself to make bad plays and forgive yourself when you do. You'll only learn from them.
Lastly, the game is supposed to be fun, and I think you're kinda like me: you only have fun when you're playing well, doesn't matter if you're winning or losing. So create a smurf and when you're not feeling it, just play there lmao
Damn man thinking about it that might be my exact problem. Your comment describes me pretty well. Being somewhat perfectionist and being afraid of making mistakes. That kind of applies to outside of games as well. I have never even thought about it or seen myself that way.

Concentration and focus
Ranked for me is all about enjoying and playing with close irl friend after the job. So in some situations I don't have full focus while on discord. I need to be full focused. -
Ping
I'm playing on 90 rn, in the past year it was 100-110. In some situations, especially in close range I can loose coz of ping diff. Also high ping give me disadvantage while counter strafing. My opponents die like after 0.5 sec on my screen. Hard to hold angles. I have 240 hz monitor and 152-160 reaction time but ping sometimes is devastating. -
Awping. Since I lowered my sens to be tapper like El Diablo, I lost my preferable marksman sensitivity so i need some trainings in DM for flicks. But even my oping skill is OK for this elo I guess. And I'm lazy for this shit. But could definitely be better by flicking on operator.

Overestimating
When I get two + frags in a round sometimes I feel overconfident and die stupidly. Plus I'm a Diamond level in Kovaaks so I feel full confident in aiming, sometimes I do stupid things. That's why I like jett to dash away. Need to work on this. -
I don't grind the game.
I have irl responsibilities: full time job, wife and 6 month daughter. Playing Valorant by 5 competitive games in a row 3 times a weeks I guess it's my maximum.
I just mald in valorant. I played CS, OW, RL and almost never got mad.
In deathmatch, I basically never lose like 90+% win rate, and I am literally winning against pro players. Then I play against some random plats/diamonds/immo players and they just kill me in the dumbest ways possible and I get pissed, makes me feel like the game is 90% luck and 10% skill.
if I am with friends I don't get mad, it's just when I solo queue because the game becomes completely unfun.

aim:
my crosshair placement is average and my aim is 80% fine, the 20% is missing very small micro-adjustments. (example is if im holding a wide swing and they dont swing as wide, my wrist/aim has a hard time adjusting)
util:
my darts/drones are average/above average, i think my shocks are terrible (comparing myself to pros)
game sense (my weakest link):
i think im below average game sense compared to other diamond sova players. i need to watch vods/understand the game more as i get lost in post plant quiet a lot
teamwork/comms:
i make sure to comm everything i do and make sure not to ghost comm/comm my fustration/praises as they can be distracting. i dont mald/tilt as much as most valorant players, the only person i get mad at is myself.
tl;dr: i think i am above average for diamond in everything but game sense
