I got into Valorant in 2024. I was following ludwig and started following MXS before going into NRG because mada/brawk. How did you start following your team?

my friends told me vct started a partnered franchise format which was cool
ph rep was TS so obviously I rooted for them
I liked scream and he was on TL but I also liked nats so when he joined liquid it was like the "holy shit two cakes" gif, then I just liked the development of each roster
Real. the guard literally came out of nowhere and start beating teams left and right. when they qualified to reykjavík, everyone was shocked. I still remmember the yt videos they did glazing each other.
Has a cute dragon logo + vo0kashu and nicc(I also like spiritz1 and life but they weren't on the team back in 2024)
liked flor cuz 1st gc player, watched apeks, batu was funny and sometimes popped off, supported his team in tier 2
Boostios energy and toxicity was unmatched, follwed him into 100t, stayed for eeiu, then staayed for timo
Tbh I was watching pubg mobile and I liked the fnatic logo so I was like cool then I watch Valorant fnatic seemed cool and likes boaster then I decided to stick with them
tgrd were a group of young unknown grinders that stuck together even through not getting accepted into partnership
Already liked both the old ASE core and the org. Wasn't sure how much they were going to invest in Valorant at first. I instantly knew they were serious about the game when they signed essentially a team of rejects & one of the best coaches in China. They were middle-pack but the 2024 roster was actually a great start for the org and made a statement to anyone who paid attention in China
Saw some s0m clips and started watching nrg back in the android tex eeiu hazed days
2021 Valorant masters 1 (online one)
Was rooting for SEN anyways because i like shahz and liked sinatraa as well. Sen was doing pretty good in challengers as well.
But became a fan after c9 loaned tenz to SEN and the first match against LG. Holy i fell in love with that roster.
I saw paper rex play in 2023 and fell in love with their play style.
I started following since 2021, mainly cuz of Skrossi. And that its the only indian team in VCT history.
Zekken vs FPX on Breeze Champs 2022 and now I just follow him around.
XSET has a special place in my heart though, loved BCJ and Cryo asw
Neon's aim and playstyle is pure art to watch, its like watching prime Yay or Demon1 all over again.
i was an envy/optic fan before franchising. I started supporting NRG when they signed the FNS, crashies & Victor core plus s0m
i just liked the logo. It is how i start supporting most teams in any sports. if drg had been in valorant earlier, i would prob be supporting them.
In 2021 I found out an Indian player is actually good and he's called skrossi who plays for an Indian team called GE and they will compete with international teams at the LCQ. I kind of always stuck around since then through multiple rebuilds and the team losing its identity.
I'll do one for paper rex too, I think the first time I heard of them was pre masters reykjavic 2022 when the word was spreading that there's this crazy team that does crazy shit (I think tmv had a bunch of videos on them) and then I saw them playing against drx and they were indeed batshit crazy. Also that event established asia as a region to watch out for in vct (it can be hard to imagine now but at the time asia was still considered a minor region except for maybe korea).
Sen Bugha is what introduced me into Sen and then in 2022 (when I first started dipping my toe into pro val) I saw sen had a team so I figured i would support them. In 2024 I started to actually pay attention to the events n stuff and all of the teams.
I was recommended Paper Rex’s Copenhagen vlog. I’m a sucker for pain as well.
Also someone who I shall no name, they were very good a sova trick shots, had gotten me into Team Liquid, I stayed because of Sliggy
started watching beginning 2024, all i knew was sen used to be good then fell off, thought itd be cool if they made a comeback, and they delivered
i was originally a leo and fnc fan and became an ethan fan too during eg's 2023 run, but since i didn't like optic, 2024 nrg was only my favorite team "in americas." then leo predicted oxg to win 2024 americas stage 1 (chronicle predicted dfm btw), so i started watching oxg games and became a massive skuba fan. ever since skuba joined nrg for the 2025 ewc americas qualifiers, nrg has been the ONLY team i support.
I started watching vct back in 2023 and i remember LOCK// IN made me like the LEV team but what really sealed the deal for me was the Americas LCQ
followed Nadeshot for years during his COD pro scene, after he retired and started his org i fell inlove with the logo, been a fan since then.
was watching champs 2023 and i thought this team looks different and has a fun play style
when they win: they look dominant and the best team itw
when they lose: at least they do it in fashion and swing everything then we watch a coach alecks frustration montage
they keep ur heart beating cuz they win the unwinnable and lose the unlosable
