amer: verno - got his team to an international along with staying on par with aspas then taking the role of igl after being scorned by the community as a no-commer
emea: ruxic - I mean this guy is electric every single game
apac: obviously patmen he literally saved a team into a trophy
china: ik he not chinese but rarga, but if we have to pick an actual chinese player I would go with spiritz
