T1 Documentary

After watching the entire T1 documentary, here are my takeaways:

1. The amount of blaming and witchhunting and dogpiling BuZz, Stax, and Autumn do on Sylvan is insane. In fact, I respect Sylvan for being able to stay in the team under this level of pressure for so long, because this shit has been going on since the start of Kickoff. These guys do nothing but shit on Sylvan and they don't do much to bring up his confidence. Bro of course he's gonna play bad if you keep letting your emotions get in the way of good feedback.

2. Meteor stocks keep going up. This guy is always trying to be positive and bring up his team, even in bad situations. Outside of the game, he tries to give proper feedback without blaming anyone or let his emotions get in the way, and it's obvious he really cares about winning. And we all know what he's capable of ingame. I think he's the best APAC player ever honestly, even above f0rsakeN.

3. We already know there are a lot of rumours about Autumn as a coach but holy fuck man. Why are you leaving your map bans to the players? Why do you keep targeting one player for having an off-day? It's an FPS game, you are liable to have bad days. Guess whose job it is to make sure that your team plays well despite that? The coaches are truly incompetent if they keep ragging on players for having a bad day, because you're supposed to make strats and help the team operate in a way where having an off-day won't matter too much. Like bro, you can't keep saying "man your aim is so bad today" and "wow we are just not shooting today shoot better" And Autumn is not only incapable of properly drilling his players and providing deep strats, but he just stands by and does nothing while the entire team except Meteor and Carpe just dogpile Sylvan for anything. The coach is meant to be a pillar of the team, and there are tactical coaches who are good at providing strats, and there are man management coaches who excel at, well, man management. Autumn can't do either. In fact, this guy is actually also bullying Sylvan lmfao

tl;dr this team is cooked beyond words it's beyond saving. this is a fundamental issue of human organisation not even as a team or an esports team like the people in this team are so dysfunctional and the guy in charge is even worse

The video clearly showed that Autumn and Buzz are unnecessary and Meteor and Carpe (6th) are absolutely necessary.
Stax is necessary because of its strong language but familiarity and because it is IGL.
iZu is also necessary because he is young, Flex and has good performance.

There are many KR coaches to replace Autumn and Stew to replace Buzz.
But I wouldn't be surprised if Autumn stays for T1 in 2026 lol.

In the documentary Autumn said when things go wrong Rossy turned to self grinding mode to compensate the mistake of the team (so he can carry), but it turns out that what Rossy did later ended up causing him to get burnt out and stressed instead.
