He's contracted to EDG till 2026 so unless they mutually decide to terminate the contract he's there to stay because other team would need to pay for his buyout. EDG is rich so maybe his buyout is also kinda big and with how his peers gave him feedback in public I wonder if someone would like to pay for his buyout.

For that we need to know what his contract mentions about bench/sub/inactive clause. As much as I know, if he wants to terminate his contract he might need to pay a fee to EDG or may lead to other legal issues.
