i agree roles was definitely the a major factor, but trying to get a new 5th and swapping between 2 new players is going to make things even harder
its valid to replace a player for drama but im saying no one they attempted to replace him made the team perform at the level they were before. they played clearly worse valorant and lost more games regionally than they did with s1mon even when there was drama. edg were obviously in a bad position but the move did make them a worse team, which is what the argument was originally
so they got a replacement and kept losing regional matchups and failing to make a lan for the first time. you can place the blame on whatever you want but dont pretend like making the roster move wasnt a terrible decision with terrible results
