i'm not denying their talent they got it for sure but VCT was held in their country was definitely helps a lot in terms of Player growing and everything, If you are a tier 2 korean player you can easily get a good scrim partners etc. there is a desire to pursue because you are surrounded by a good environment cause VCT is literally right in front of their faces.

Frost and Talon's managers said they had already submitted the evidence to Riot, but they said they could not sanction it under the regulations.
I think it's better to disclose the evidence that Talon has and urge Riot to revise the regulations than to just talk about it now.
