ok now shower once or twice at best and see if anything changes, i used to bath multiple times a day before and i swear i started itching and weird stuff happened idk if it was bcz of bathing too much but since i started just bathing daily once or twice i felt better (could be the water tbh the place i was staying in was bad at the time)
