TIER-S players and coaches in each region

Who are they? I have selected a few categories and would like you to tell me which players and coaches you consider to be TIER S/GOD in your region, after that we will get a sense of which region has the most raw talent.

I considered Brazil and LATAM as the same region because our teams train together and play on the same server, it's basically the same thing, and also because from next year we will rival North America in the franchise system (South America> North America btw) :D

Boaster is bad fundamentally with leading. Some example is like overmicromanaging which some of fnatic fans seem to praise for is actually a bad thing and builds bad habits within the team such as an over reliance on Boaster telling them what to do. Too rigid and not very adaptable or flexible playstyle.

I think Boaster got the potential to be the best IGL in the world if only would fucking stop ignoring the fundamentals. In terms of set-plays, executes, creative ideas and somewhat game-plans Boaster is one of best at that stuff though.

These issues I think is what leads Fnatic to crumble sometimes and perform way worse than they should for no apparent reason, just seems like choking. The fact mini not caught onto these issues and instead thinks roster changes and adding firepower solves it means I don't put mini S Tier either.

foxy9 could be next Meteor but this region is already filled with best koreans so I dont know he would get any chances in future.
JP pros always kept saying suggest has best aim in KR then he chose bad org and ruined this year (DNG is big enough to have ex JP PUBG champion roster and gave them last chance to play valorant then wasted chances to build good roster at the start of the year).

skillz is more of a flex player.

• Hellranger is better as an IGL than Amaterasu but he just does not frag as much. VLT mid-round calling is not comparable to GE. VLT is at the same level just because of the fact that it is a star-studded team.

Also this list basically ignores the rest of South Asia except Shooter.
